For Hong Kong Resident, it requires:

• Company name;

• Registered address located in Hong Kong; and

• Copy of the Hong Kong Identity Card of the proprietor (all partners if it is a partnership).

For Non Hong Kong Resident, it requires:

• Company name;

• Registered address located in Hong Kong; 

• Copy of the Hong Kong Identity Card of the proprietor (all partners if it is a partnership) 

• Representation of an agent who is Hong Kong Resident.

The client should fill in the application form for the detail of company name, proprietor’s information and registered office.

We will arrange the filing of application form to the Business Registration Office. Normally, the Business Registration Certificate will be available for collection in TWO working days.

Renewal of Business Registration Certificate annually.

ii.

Filing of respective forms upon change of company’s structure.

Submission of Tax Returns

iv.

Maintain proper accounting records for 7 years.
